Zach assisted me with a series of interwoven transactions that included selling my then-current house and finding two new houses (long story) in a small target area of Denver. He was highly considerate of my needs and incredibly flexible as some needs changed and evolved (sometimes with very short notice). He helped me find a house in the exact area in which I was looking and facilitated acting quickly to have the best possible chance to buy a perfect new house for me. Once I was under contract, he made my life exponentially easier by taking the laboring oar in coordinating and helping with all of my desired inspections. He also happily scheduled pre-closing access to the house for a couple of additional contractors that I wanted to have take a look at the house before I purchased it. Zach is very easy to work with, is incredibly attentive without being pushy in any way, and is great advocate for any buyer's (or seller's) needs and wants.

We used Zach in 2010 to buy a home and again in 2015 to sell the home. He was a great realtor on both aspects. When buying and selling, he was able to negotiate a great price and available for questions whenever any arose.

Zach was very helpful as we evaluated a new housing opportunity and built a new home. His knowledge of construction techniques, materials used and construction methods helped us make an informed and educated decision. Zach met with us frequently and fit us into his busy schedule. He stayed with us through the process, checking in regularly and provided us excellent progress reports. His follow-up has been exceptional. When necessary, Zach willingly pushed to process along to get the developer to take care of issues.
