Zach helped us to sell our rental property in August of 2025 and did a fantastic job. Zach was very knowledgable and really helped us with preparing the property to go to sale. He also reviewed the surrounding communities and other homes that were comparative to our property and helped us set a selling price that fit the Market and one that we were comfortable with. Different styles of marketing, including social media, photos and an open house were all used to help promote the property. We accepted a bid approximately 3 weeks after the listing date and closed soon after.
