Zach was great to work with as we navigated our first home purchase in 2018! As first time home buyers, we were nervous and uncertain about so many things, but Zach was able to put our minds at ease. He was extremely patient and always made sure that we felt comfortable with every step of the process. He also had great referrals for a lender and inspector, both of whom we were very happy with. Zach assisted me with a series of interwoven transactions that included selling my then-current house and finding two new houses (long story) in a small target area of Denver. He was highly considerate of my needs and incredibly flexible as some needs changed and evolved (sometimes with very short notice). He helped me find a house in the exact area in which I was looking and facilitated acting quickly to have the best possible chance to buy a perfect new house for me. Once I was under contract, he made my life exponentially easier by taking the laboring oar in coordinating and helping with all of my desired inspections. He also happily scheduled pre-closing access to the house for a couple of additional contractors that I wanted to have take a look at the house before I purchased it.
